Nia Thomas is a multidisciplinary artist who was born in NYC and raised in the DMV area. Spending most of her early adulthood in NYC gave her an interesting perspective on the contrast between city living and a suburban upbringing.
Her work touches on the connection between inner conflict and all of earth’s elements within a digital world.
She uses paint, film, nature and music to convey her personal experiences.
